Laura Vaughan Ketchum thoroughly enjoys writing in the third person. Furthermore, she has been doing improv everyday of her life since birth - seriously. As a child, Laura wanted to be giraffe when she grew up, but seeing as that might not happen anytime soon, she decided to pursue the next best thing: an Art Major here at Wheaton. Then, she joined the wonderful workshop led by the infamous Steve Hoey the fall of her freshman year and has been improving it up ever since.
Laura was born in Hong Kong, China but currently resides in the glorious garden state of New Jersey with parents Larry and Sarah and her “flippin’ awesome” sister Elsa. She is Canadian, often speaks in spanglish, loves black diamond skiing, has a quirky habit of smelling her hair, drives a sick silver 1992 Toyota Previa fondly known as Hi-Ho Silver: the Speeding Bullet and has an curious obsession with painting silhouetted birds and pine trees. And no, she is not in any respects related to Ash Ketchum.

Laura Ketchum (Spring 2010- Present) joined wheatonIMPROV as a workshopper and is a founding member of Kids These Days(Spring 2010), One of wheatonIMPROV's premier troupes.
