Alyssa Keysor was born and raised in Greenville, Texas, where she learned to differentiate between several leading brands of duct tape according to their smell. The lowest point of her life in Greenville was when she painted an elephant on the essay portion of the AP Latin exam because her proctor shut her in a storage closet.

In her spare time, Alyssa covers light bulbs in paper, reads books that are over her head, and stalks her favorite Chicago improvisers around Wrigleyville, Lincoln Park and occasionally Ogilvie Transportation Center.

Like every good writing major, she does not know what she wants to do when she graduates.

^^^ every word of that is true.

Alyssa Keysor (Fall 2005 - Spring 2009) joined WheatonIMPROV in Fall 2005 as a member of the training troupe, Catch-21.  After performing briefly with Imaginary Friends in A Quad of Spring 2006, Alyssa became one of the six founding members of Third Wheel.  Alyssa has performed with the troupe Faux Posse since its founding in Spring 2007. In May 2008 Alyssa graduated from i.O. Chicago Training Center and has since performed with the troupe "Holding Out for a Gyro."
